some DLL is missing.find the missing file and add to reference.If you cannot add the missing dll install resharper to your visualstudio it will help you.

click on function name and press control and dot(.) from key board

Hello... I think you are missing any .dll reference in your WPF project.Just right click on your Reference folder of your project goto Add Reference -> Assemblies -> Framework and then just add the reference that are you missing from the list and then click OK.
