I have included a video in my resources file. The video was created with Camtasia Studios in a WMV format.
When I published the project, every thing works fine except the video. It's not there.
What do I have to do to publish my project with the video included.

Unfortunately I have resolved my problem. The resources editor does not permit embeding videos . They have to be linked.
Thanks for all the help.

sorry but I don't understand what you are asking.
one thought I have now is I don't understand publishing. In order to play the video I have to giv the file location of the video. When I publish the video it doesn't create a new file at that location. So if I install the program on another computer the file will not be there. So if publishing does copy the video I have to know where it's copied to in order to provide that file location so the program knows where to look for the video.
I hope this makes sense to you

Videos do not contain codecs. They are installed on your computer. When you play a video it looks in your computer for a codec.
while I am working on my project and run it , the video plays fine. When I publish it , the video is not there.
I write my programs to C:\Program Files.
The video is in my project at UpClose/UpClose/Resources.
If I create a folder UpClose/UpClose and copy my resources folder int it, then paste the entire folder into C:\Program Files the video will play. Without this folder on my computer , when I install my program, the video will not play.
This indicates to me that during publish the video was not copied.
