Question About Control Array

I am working on a windows application program that is a "Suduko Game" , the small squers are ritch text boxes with a false multiline.
So what I need to know how can I make a 2D control array for the ritch text boxes(The Colum and The Row)?
Any Help Would Be Highly Appreciated.
