For answers to this and similar questions, there is very much available for you to read. You should get a good book about C# because it will answer your questions much better than the volunteers here can. You should look for articles in this web site; there are many useful articles here.
 
The explanation of Value and Reference Types in C# can be very confusing. It is confusing for me. Generally speaking at least, a class is a Reference Type. But I won't draw you a diagram; if that is useful, then it has already been done in books and tutorials and articles and such. I don't understand the rest of your question.
