Regarding Application Error Event

In my previous answer I didn't use try-catch block. Application_Error event will fire when any exception will occur. However it applies some condition means, if code blocks with try-catch block or  try-catch block with throwing exception. Application_Error won't fire when you are using try-catch block and not throws exception. So wherever they are using like that you need to change logic what ever you want to implement in application_error. Means both try-catch block and application_error event need to be there to catch all exception.

I understand that, but my problem is ,there is existing running project and try catch blocks are used or not used in every function , so i do not want to change  on each page i want to write code in application_error event. (If any solution...)
