regarding crystal report

hi..

i was developing a web application..in that i want to create a report .. the report is in the form of chart..

i want to show the report chart according to database table values like empid,month,performance..

these three columns is to shown in crystal report chart...

how to do this..

i want to show the chart according to my table values..

its urgent..

i need suggestion for that..
