Remote Validation at Client Sode

How to use Remote Validation at Client side if ID Exists or not. If exists then message should be displayed.

That's what I said, play with true/false, means interchange the conditions.
if (count > 0)
{
return Json(false, JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
}
else
{
return Json(true, JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
}

I have written below code . Value also in count is 1 . Message not getting displayed

public JsonResult IsExist(string Id)
{
using ( SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(Common.Con))
{
SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand("select count(Id) from Location where Id = '" +Id + "'", con);
con.Open();
int count = Convert.ToInt32(cmd.ExecuteScalar());
if (count > 0)
{
return Json(true, JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
}
else
{
return Json(false, JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
}
}
}

I am suing Ado.net then what should be the code. Secondly how the Class will be accessed.

Below is the class

create a method in the controller as
public JsonResult IsExist(int Id)
{
   return Json(!context.Locations.Any(u => u.Id== Id), JsonRequestBehavior.AllowGet);
}
decorate the property with the attribute as
public class YourClass
{

[Remote("IsExist", "ControllerName", ErrorMessage = "Id exists")]
        public int Id{ get; set; }

}
