Rendered RDLC Is INVISIBLE

Thank you Amit and Sachin for your response. I already found the culprit. I added a height="60%"...this is the culprit. After taking it down, it nows shows my data. Thanks so much, guys ;)

When RDLC initializes first time, it creates cache in the %temp% folder. Close your application then clean the %temp% folder and then try.
