Report creation in asp.net

I want to create Employee Report in HR Project. Please suggest me a best method for doing this in ASP.NET 4.5

You can use crystal report or SSRS report for showing data from the asp.net page. SSRS report is very comprehensive report which has the feature of importing excel pdf text format and easily configurable parameters to the report .
