I've voted up SingleOrDefaultOption
But I'm also here to tell that you don't need
_db.Books.Where(x => x.Id == Id).FirstOrDefault();
Since you can do directly
_db.Books.FirstOrDefault(x => x.Id == Id);

It seems, There is datatype issue, Find() method works on List type object. Check the nice article on repository pattern.

Find() is not a linq function instead you can use _db.Books.Where(x => x.Id == Id).FirstOrDefault();

return _db.Books.Where(x=>x.Id==Id).SingleOrDefault();

Remove the casting just use ToList(), if error doesn't resolve then share your Context class or Generic Repo that you are using, where is _db defined, are you using dependency injection?
return _db.Books.ToList();
