Retrive data from .mdf file without having .ldf file

Hi friends, I have a trouble with my data in the database in sql server 2005. I am not able to open my database in sql server. ?It promp my database is in the suspected mode. I do not have any backup of my data. So to retrieve all the data from .mdf file what should i do? If any one have any idea then please help me.

make Sure you Run the SQL server management Studio by

Right Click >> Run As Administrator

if still not resolved then let me know :)

Sometime your database may go into suspect mode. A database can be marked suspect for one of the following reasons (this is from SQL Server Books Online):

If one or more database files are not available. 
If the entire database is not available. 
If one or more database files are corrupted. 
If a database resource is being held by the operating system.

Step 1
------------
Run Following Command In Query Analyzer SQL Server Management Studio

UPDATE master..sysdatabases SET status=32768 WHERE name='Your dbname'

Step2
-------------
After that Run 

sp_resetstatus Your dbname

Step 3
------
Stop and restart SQL Server. 

Free disk space and rerun recovery.
