Hi, i'm creating a custom toolbar. The event handlers for the button act as a delegate function, in that it will run a function on the form my toolbar was placed on. This toolbar will be placed on multiple forms that will implement the same interface. I need to know how to call the function on the form that my toolbar is placed on.

I really didn't think this one through. I could have just raised an event, and each form would handle it appropriatly.

Once the delegate is assigned, any call to it will call whatever functions are in the delegate. The key is to assign the RIGHT functions to the delegate. You have to have each form assign its own function to the menu's event. The delegate points to a function instance, not a static function.
