I have text in richtextbox that is bold, italic or underline with some icons.

Is there a way to save that text into excel file ?

Well, assuming that you are saving RTF that contains comma delimited values, you can save the file with a .csv extention and then you can open it in excel. I don't think it will keep any rtf formatting.
