Role Based Access Control(RBAC) in ASP.NET MVC

Please how do I implement access right in it. I dont understand.

Also UserCreate is not there.

Your response has really help me. Is it possible to have a sample code, like a guide that I can follow. Am really new to it.

Hi @Mike

For that you should create one webpage Where :

- Create Form with Listing of users
- Than Fill all the user in Dropdown and provide rights to them
- CreateColumn in database like IsAuthorized

After that you can manage them by using the page you have reated

How do I set it from from end, and not hard-coding it. Whereby the user can assign access permission to roles. and the roles to users. Also, Lock users.

Hi @Mike

You can implement either two ways

If you notice in Refrences folder , there is Asp.NET Identity namespace , which manages settings regarding user login process and its roles [Specifically OWIN]

1 . AllowAnonymous : if you want to use specific method to anyone

2 .[AuthLog(Roles="Admin")] : It forces to methods used by only Admin or you can grant access to managers only
