according your error screen.You need to check value which is not found on line no 20 in your code.

Actually this type error may be occur when object value found null but required to check condition.

You need to initialize first:

Sqlconnection con=new SqlcConnection();

Please check line 39 of your clsSQLDL.cs .This error is due to null,check for null in the same.If still the issue persist ,post the code here.
