Hi,
Follow this steps:
Go to Task Manager--->SQL Expresss--->clcik the stop button and again click the start button then go to sql server managemant studio and connect the server

open ssms>security>login
then set as default login

Open SSMS -> Security -> Logins

Select the user 'sa', and chnage the password.
Also set the defaulyt database that is to be opened by default aster login.
