Savefiledialog

Hi all i am having a form with Rich text box. In that i am getting the data by using    rchSec.LoadFile("d:\\dora\\sec.rtf");

Now what i need if i click save on menu tip i would like to save the content of that form in a word or text file.

How to do ths.
