Schdule process time

i have one download exe.In this apllication i have one button called "process"when click on the button i want to schedule the process.
For example when click on the button i want to schdule the time for downloading for every day evening 4 PM .how can i schedule the process ?

Maybe to create a service out of your functionality and use timers for schedule. From your client application you just need to communicate with the service (start, stop, get messages, status...)
