Searching Job
Is it very difficult to search or get a job to a non employee guys(having 3+years experience and 4month gap in career)? please give me a suggestion how to prepare for getting a job?

2, Your interest, that is what you want.
Best prepare is that when you target a job or company, find the guy being there and have a free talk if you can.
