send message to user mobile when register fully completed

Hello,

In windowsform application registration successfully completed i want to send message to the user based on the mobile number . I want a demo bulksms api and implementation cleanly

for api key login to msg91.com create account and get the api key .
If u pass proper api key in the sense it will work. In case of any issue let me know.
