send message to user mobile when register fully completed

Hello, In windowsform application registration successfully completed i want to send message to the user based on the mobile number . I want a demo bulksms api and implementation cleanly I hope understood everyone

Bro , i didn't work on winforms. your server side code is ready OK. now onclick of the send message button pass all the values method which i given , then sms will trigger. message length sholud be more than 160 character in the sense , user will recive two sms

Bro It's very simple . string mobileNumber = "9999999,8888888888,777777777" ; spiliting by ',' concate your all phone numbers. solution 2 ;- login to msg91 and ask customer support they will help u . that's prety much.
