Sending a Email using Mysql database phpmyadmin

without interacting with application we have to send mail on particular date and time only using mysql database phpmyadmin???
how is this possible..please guide us..

You can send the email through you server code like php, c#, java and if you don't want to send them manually then you can send it through scheduled tasks.
