setting comboBox location to grid cell which is focused

i am trying to set Combo Box location to the perticular column of gridview when focus on that column combo box is shown i am selecting the text and when focus lost the selected item from combo box is displayed in that cell...

 

Dont want to use gridviews combobox wants sepret one
