Setup file

i created a setup file using "visual studio installer" .The setup file is doing good in my system .But when i installed in another system .The system is showing error that a particular framework to be installed .please say how to add this framework during deployment .when i am deploying everything should be there in setup file .

Note:The system is not connected to internet
