Setup program

Dear all,
I am interested in programming. I make a programe in c# frondend and access backend. Programe has forms, application configuration file, class file, Resource file, cristal reports, access database and so on. I want to convert it to a Good setup programe. I try to make a setup programe. It successfully worked in my computer but it didnot work other computer. Because cristal report, visualstudio 2008, access 2007 was not intalled in that computer. How to include password, icon, programe startup menu, uninstal etc...
Please give details. Thanks in advance
