simulate control circuits with c#

No i create data in images ... i create that ...

but just i need to connect them with a straight line

that the line authenticate the points of the picturebox and draw line between two picturebox or maybe panel

and if there was a imaginary ruler inside the points (like move controls in win applications) that users can understand the route will be very good

Additional to what Sam said, you need to enlighten yourself with the 'Boolean Satisfiability problem (SAT)', it relates to artificial intelligence and more about this can be found here at Princton, it is one of the principles used in circuit  design.

There are many tasks. The first thing to do is to design the data; decide how to represent the data, both in memory and in permanent storage (hard disk). You probably will want to use a database to store the data. To do that, you must know how to design data; data for something as complex as circuits is not easy and you must know how to design data even if people help you.

You also must design an interface; both how to show the data and also how to provide a way to edit the data.

I think you need to get some books. There might be some books that teach everything, but you are more likely to need more than one book; at least one for database design and other data design and another for the graphics.
