Site not Trusted for XAML WPF page

Question

I get Trust Not Granted when I try to launch a XAML page I made in WPF from a website. Specifically it is:
"User has refused to grant required permissions to the application."
I have tried various combinations of Signing, installing certificates, etc. the best I've been able to do is now I can see the website from the computer I used to create it, but that's the only one...
