Skinned Mesh Viewer

Has anyone tried running the DirectX Open Source code Skinned Mesh Viewer? When I run it and open a file, the form slows down greatly and nothing happens. I installed the newest version of DirectX from MS and have a laptop.

Hardware accelerated Direct3D 9+ is not available because the display driver does not support it. You may be able to get a newer driver from the hardware manufacturer. Dang
