SNMP in .net 1.1 or 2.0

I have a application i'm working on that I want to get a OID from an network device.
how can I do this and if anyone has an example or demo project please let me know.

The rest of the application is in VB .net 1.1 sofar but will convert to 2.0 if needed only.
