You can work in two different projects. A project manager can handle multiple projects. But for the other guy such as developers, testers etc you should have proper time frame and correct understanding of the requirement. It comes with experience. What happens generally if you assign developers and testers in multiple projects, there is a chance to mix up the things which cause delay in delivery. But if you have skilled and dedicated worker you can go for that.
Thank You!!!

Ya it can be played. I am sorry; I forgot to tell you about the role of testing and quality assurance people. It is very important to have tester to test entire module.

It depends on project. What kind of project it is and what is the requirement and what is the interface? You need to analyze it.
Then you need to choose development platform for the project. Generally a project should have a project manager, Team leader, Database architect, designer and programmers. If it is a small or medium size project 3-6 programmers will be enough. Again it depends on project, you can alter the role and strength of your team.
