Hello,

AS @Jignesh said, This error message indicates that there is already an object named 'Countries' in the database and hence, it cannot be created again.

If you want to create a table, then drop the existing 'Countries' table from the database before executing the SQL script.

Countries table is already exists in your database and you are trying to create again. That the reason you are getting this error.
