How to configure SSL (Secure socket layer) connection to MYSQL Database using ODBC in Windows?.

Actually I want to access the MySql databse through web. For example I will keep database in server and client can access database through the application.Finally my concept is to secure the database on the web. I mean only authenticated users can access. So how to implement this in windows?
