Please can you give a brief code to expanciate

Basically, you want all the details to be captured in your tables .. Thats what i am guessing from you question ..

1. What action was performed (CRUD) ---- Try to keep IDS for all buttons like (Add,Edit,Delete,Print- IDS:1,2 and so on and save those IDS in table .. So you have a track for that partuclar record wjat exactly user has done.
2. When the action was performed ( Create a field called as Created date and Update Date which will help you when it was created and when it was modified)
3. Who performed the action(create a field called as : Created By and Updated By : Who created it and who updated it )
4. IP Address of the System ( with the help of scoket servers you can easily trace IP of that system)
5. Tack all the events(Keep all the necessary information in table like on insert submit that data in your main table and on update that data in main table but also insert that updated data in history table 
6. and so on.

 

you should use Triggers for that purpose apply trigger on each of these column

 

but be catiuos of the performance as one wrong trigger and your application will give u bad performance 

 

other way will be to use the seprate db where we can add these entities independently whenever any operation happens make sure whenever this is handeled from code it is made async so it wont affect performance
