How can we call multiple Stored procedure in single button asp.net and sqlserver?

You can also call in this way.

Second way

if you're using stored procedure, you should change the way you call them - I would recommend using this approach:

Hi,

There is following way to do this.

using (SqlConnection testConnection = new SqlConnection(connectionString))

{

SqlCommand myCommand = testConnection.CreateCommand();

SqlTransaction myTransaction = null;

try

{

testConnection.Open();

myTransaction = testConnection.BeginTransaction();

myCommand.Transaction = myTransaction;

myCommand.CommandText = "spAddRecord";

myCommand.CommandType = CommandType.StoredProcedure;

myCommand.Parameters.AddWithValue("@CustomerID", 2);

myCommand.Parameters.AddWithValue("@ProductID", 1);

myCommand.ExecuteNonQuery();

myCommand.Parameters.Clear();

myCommand.CommandText = "spUpdRecord";

//etc....

//again call your another stored procedure here.

You can call many procedure inside a single procedure and then that single procedure can call on button click event.

with in one procedure you can call another procedure

exec procedurename 'parameter1','parameter2','parameter3','parameter4'
