In below code i want if Session Status is Approved then 7 days should be subtracted from Session Date

Achieving the result is a different thing and achieving the result using good programing practice is different.

If a single line of presentation logic (example:- change color of a row based on salary ) or Data manipulation logic
(display age based on DOB) is written inside the html page (aspx page / mvc view page) then it is very bad coding.

In your case, you are manipulating SessionDate based on Session Status inside your aspx page which is bad.
It should always be handled inside the ViewModel if not possible with the domain class.

so create a class with all properties as your domain entity and write the below code
public class TicketVM
{
public DateTime SessionDate {get;set;}
public string  BookTitle {get;set;}
public string currentStatus {get;set;}

public DateTime ActualSessionDate
get
{
  if(this.currentStatus=="Approved")
{
return this.SessionDate.AddDays(-7);
}else
{
return this.SessionDate;
}
}

}
Now as  ActualSessionDate is a get-only property you don't need to fill it, it will automatically do the job.
Now instead of your actual Domain Entity use the above class, fill the data and use it in the repeater as
"ltrlSessionDate" runat="server" Text='<%# Eval("ActualSessionDate","{0: dd-MM-yyyy}") %>'>
