Tabbed Page

I make a Tabbed Page, Inside tabbed page I take 4 content page and wrap under navigation page for  making 4 tab. according to our project I take multiple content page, inside these content page i used some button top navigate to another content page but unfortunately button was not fired in all the tab , and navigation doesn't perform.
