Table Design for payroll management.

I have no idea how to design tables for salary,loans,advances for an employee.

For these kind of questions we are unable to help much. Since what you have mentioned the general terms also you are the person who knows the requirement clearly. So i would suggest you go thru requirement and try to design the table.
