Site
This object contains the information to represent an individual site
Site ID – This is unique ID
Site Name – This contains the site name in English
Site NameLocal – This contains the site name in local language
Address ID – This is a link into the addresses table
Site Type - Reseller/CC/Head office/Test site/Site/Hardware vendor – type of site
Connection method – Connect via TeamViewer/VNC/VPN+VNC/
FileTransfer Method – FTP/VPN+VNC/None (use connection)
StorageID (Menu) – link to storage location object
HelpdeskLevel – what support is offered – direct/via reseller/do not support
Owner ID - tbc
Site Phone number
Site email
Email preferences e.g. when to send ticket changes
SiteMapping
This object maps a site to one or more parent sites
Site ID – ID in the site object
Linked ID – Another ID in the site object
Type ID - Head Office/Call centre/Storage location – Type of site
Priority (Settings override) – Priority (for multiple head offices)
and next is the data I have from another database and how columns are linked. The problem is where to add MASTERSITE, HEADOFFICEID2 (high priority), HEADOFFICEID. ncompanyId is siteID i my table?
