Telerik radgrid view

Hi sir,
I am trying to develop a college project in silverlight 4.0 .within this iam using telerik radgridview
i don't know how to popup the window when clicking edit button?
and with chekboexes
and selected person mails
and how i get the values from telerik radgridview control
if u know plz send me sample code for that in binding dbvalues?
