Texbox Readonly Problem

I have 1 textbox with readonly property and store integer in ascx page.. whenever i am press the save button it gives an error input string was not in correct format.  The above textbox is sum of 2 textboxes. i want store readonly textbox value only.. i am using usercontrol ascx page.. if anybody understand my question plz give reply..
