i need Text to Speech library for English, Hindi.
i try speech.Synthesis in .net but it is only in English.
and not Perfect Voice like
if there any Third Party Library or other option for text to speech with perfection. ? ?

but i want to mute all other sound (like vlc,chrome) playing in system sound.
and unmute my application sound ..
