Your getting this error because your trying to update UI Controls using other then Main Thread, UI Controls should be update using Main Thread so you have to Dispatcher.Invoke. Refer below sample code.
this.Dispatcher.Invoke(() =>
{
    txtName.Text = "Rajanikant Hawaldar";
    chkGendarMale.IsChecked =true;
});

@Shwetha I hard main thread is UI thread is it possible to create UI control other then main thread. If possible please post code I am curious to know

Hello Patel,
As a thumb rule, the thread who created the control can only update the control. Please share your code and we would be able to assist you on how to make it work while you are on a different thread.
