Think or improve my perception to the problem or logic?

Hi i am more more like a fresher with 6 month of experience, working as a software developer. I want to know how i can assess my logic and improve the same. I am also want to know how to think for solution for a problem from high level. Please suggest any online resource to improve my logic.
