Time out expired in widows Application?How?

Hi to all ,

I am working on windows applications

when i am running the application ,getting following error when loading the dataset

"Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the

 server is not responding."

Help me urgent,what is the problem
