To save selected checkboxes and retrive the data

I have 250 checkboxes in my project in the tree node as per the requirement(to client & employees) everytime i has to select few(around 100) checkboxes in the total . So iwant the save the selected check boxes as per client requirement and employee requirement like a hyperlink so from nxt time if click on it it should pull out the selected fields from the database .If possible can you show me with screenshots toot.
