Use this in JQuery -

$(function () {

$('#CONTROLID').toggle(function () {

doSomethingHere(); // this will call in your first action

return false;

},

function () {

doSomethingHere(); // this will call in your second action

return false;

});

what do you mean by web browser? I assume you want to implement the toggle functionality in your web application -
