Toolbar in IE

Does anyone know how to create a custom toolbar to put in internet explorer. I am sure everyone is familiar with the 'google toolbar' or yahoo's version. Anyone created a custom one? Thanks, Glenn

you can use "WebToolbar" program from "HexaTech" to do that, there is Free Trial for Creating Powerful IE Toolbar :) http://www.hexatech.com/webtoolbar.htm
