ToolBarButton Image Size

Hello all, I have several ToolBars with ToolBarButtons. I would like to display images or icons on these ToolBarButtons. Getting the image on the button is not the issue. The issue is actually getting to see what the image is. The ToolBarButton appraently sizes any image to 16x16. When you view this at a screen resolution of 1280x1024, it is an indistiguishable, very small blob. Short of disassembling the Core, does anyone have a suggestion on how display a decently sized image on a ToolBarButton? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
