Tools to design web page that support visual studio

Hi All,

 

Anyone know the tools to design html page that should be same like html page create from visual studio.

 

I have used  Notepad++ to create web page and later I added to my visual studio html page. The design I did in notepad++ not came exactly in visual studio when I run that page.

 

My intention is to split the project into front end and backend. So kindly let me know the suitable tool name.
