trouble in displaying data in listbox

I want to display data in a listbox such that the data should fit the listbox exactly.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking for here. What are you populating the listbox with? are you using the contents of a text file? and if so, is each line of equal length? if each line isn't equal in length, then are you wanting it to default the size of the listbox to match the length of the longest line?
