Tumbling Window trigger vs Scheduled trigger

Assume, both trigger scheduled to execute 1AM, 2AM, 3AM. If the pipeline executing more than 1 hr,  what happens to both the trigger?

Scheduled Trigger:

• A Scheduled trigger allows you to run an operation at specific, predefined intervals (e.g., every hour, day, week). It does not consider windows but rather runs based on a set schedule, regardless of data arrival.
• Usage: Used when you need the process to run at specific times or intervals, like running a report every day at midnight, regardless of when new data arrives.
